Evaluation Standards

Clinical Assignments:                                                                                                                                         Clinical sites will be assigned by the Weatherford College Radiologic Technology             Program.  The student will be responsible for the clinical orientation with the sites               education department before beginning clinical practicum.  All required records needed            for the clinical education will be given to the program director and clinical site education     office before a student attends clinical education.  The student will be required to follow all hospital and WC Mammography program policies and procedures.

Method of Evaluation:                                                                                                                                       A= 91%-100%

 B= 83%-90%

  C= 78%-82%

  D= 77%-74%

F= 73%-0%

Instructional Methods

 It is the students responsibility to notify the clinical education site if absent, before scheduled time and the clinical faculty.  A student that misses more than 3 days of clinical will receive a grade reduction of 5 points for each day missed after the 3 absences on their final grade.  Students do not go to clinical education during Thanksgiving break.  There are no make-up days in MAMT 2264 or banked time.
