The course offers an overview of ethical issues confronting leaders from the perspective of organizational ethics. Key topics include identifying ethical issues typically encountered in organizational settings, managerial skills necessary for developing ethical organizations, and a framework for evaluating, designing, and sustaining organizations of high integrity.
