The purpose of this class is to explore the nature of organizational change. We will examine key leadership challenges, skills, and competencies for effectively planning, leading, executing, and sustaining change. An emphasis on change dynamics and models.

The final course grade will be calculated based upon exams, class discussion, case studies, and other assignments the instructor may choose to include. Instructors may include participation grades and attendance as factors in determining course grades.
