This capstone course has a reflective focus as students identify and examine leadership skills, strengths, and development needs in relationship to personal and professional goals and the organizational and community contexts in which they aspire to lead.

- Produce a leadership portfolio in relationship to personal/professional goals.
- Create a personal leadership development plan.
- A textbook is not assigned for this class. Reading assignments are provided with links to online sources and/or documents.

The final course grade will be calculated based upon exams, class discussions, case studies, and other assignments the instructor may choose to include. Instructors may include participation grades and attendance as factors in determining course grades.
