Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the keyboard with the touch method.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing memos, letters, tables, and reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accessing templates.

- Students will create, edit, and publish newsletters, brochures, calendars, letterheads, and other publications
- Students will apply math skills needed in business software and machine applications.

Lecture, video and/or slides, group activities, discussions, hands-on assignments using the computer.
