Development in a Cross-Cultural Perspective invites preservice teachers to explore the impact of diversity on teaching and learning. This course delves into the multifaceted dimensions of education within a global context, offering participants a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances associated with culture, identity, and diversity in educational settings. Concurrent enrollment in EDIT 3310, EDEL 4312, EDTP 4310, and EDTP 4315 and acceptance into the Educator Preparation Program (EPP) or consent of the department dean are required. A minimum of a 2.75 GPA is required for all upper-level courses in the BAAS (Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences) ECET (Early Childhood Education and Teaching) program. |
