Students may be subject to disciplinary proceedings resulting in an academic penalty or disciplinary penalty for academic dishonesty. Academic Dishonesty includes, but is not limited to, cheating on a test, plagiarism, and collusion. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- The student must use an agency other than their current employer.
- Arrange a work-based learning experience that enables specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts.
- Use a learning plan developed by the college and employer to prepare an external learning experience.
- Discuss application of theory, concepts, and skills involving specialized materials, tools, equipment, procedures, regulations, laws, and interactions within and among political, economic, environmental, social, and legal systems associated with the occupation and the organization/industry.
- Discuss legal and ethical behavior, safety practices, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Identify appropriate written and verbal communication skills using the terminology of the occupation and the organization/industry.
- Define internship and mentorship.
Students will be evaluated based on their overall averages from the assignments, class participation, semester long project, research papers, and participations in discussion forums.
The students grade will be calculated from the above actions by utilization of the below model

90% to 100% = A
80% to 89% = B
70% to 79% = C
60% to 69% = D
Below 60% = F
