The fundamentals of using digital layout as a primary publishing tool and the basic concepts and terminology associated with typography and page layout. The focus of this course is to create a complete business set of publications including newsletters, brochures, flyers, advertisements and data merged documents using Microsoft Publisher. Microsoft Publisher is required to complete coursework and is not available on a Mac IOS. Two hours lecture and four hours lab per week.
