This capstone course has an analytical focus as students consolidate and apply concepts and skills covered in core program courses toward problems, challenges, and special topics in organizational leadership.
- Diagnose and analyze organizational challenges and opportunities by applying a variety of leadership lenses, perspectives, and capabilities to given situations.
- Build skills in thinking systematically about leadership challenges and enhance effectiveness in leadership situations by making connections between theory and practice.
Design an effective course of action grounded in theory and research in order to solve or prevent organizational problems.

The final course grade will be calculated based on exams, class discussions, case studies, and other assignments the instructor may select. Instructors may include participation grades and attendance as factors in determining course grades.
